Work behind the scenes

During the winter months our volunteers do lots of preparatory work behind the scenes to keep Holland Garden looking nice – cutting back the undergrowth and some tree branches, clearing out gutters on the buildings, collecting wood and fallen leaves,  replacing fencing by the beds, organising the painting of the pavilion and even unblocking drains! We planted hundreds of bulbs which you should be able to see from March – May. We’ve also added some new features around Holland Garden. Have you seen the new bench and willow archway?
