If you would like to renew your membership of The Friends, please complete and return this form to the Hon. Treasurer.   Thank you for your support!

I/we would like to renew membership of the Friends of Holland Garden.  I wish to pay by annual standing order/I enclose my/our subscription (delete as appropriate).

Subscriptions are £5 per single person or £10 for a family (concessionary rates of £3 and £6 respectively) for the year ending 31 May 2009.  For the two years up until 31 May 2010, subscriptions are £10 per single person or £20 for a family (concessionary rates of £6 and £12 respectively)

You may find payment by standing order a convenient alternative to cheque or cash.  If so, please ask your bank to set up an order in favour of the Friends of Holland Garden, Barclays Bank plc, sort code: 20-96-89, account No. 60743585. If you wish to subscribe by cheque please make it payable to ‘The Friends of Holland Garden’.

For cash/cheque subscriptions, please complete and return with your remittance to Iain Carmichael, Hon Treasurer of the Friends, 6 Cambridge Road, SW20.  If paying by standing order please notify the Hon Treasurer using this slip or preferably via e-mail to the address below, quoting your bank’s standing order reference (if any).
